Hi! My name is Kerstin Quartel. I am originally from Birmingham and have recently moved back to the area. I have taught school for 23 years – 18 in first grade. I have a bachelor’s degree from Samford University and a masters from UAB. I’m married to Jon and have a 13 year old stepson, David. I also have a 7 year old bulldog named Ellie.
